Yes this is a dumb question but how in the world do I invest in getting a paypal account. I'd like one so I can commission some artists. I mean like do I have to go to my bank and have them set it up or could I do it from the comfort of my own computer. Please help ;^; Till next journal (on my new account that is XD) ~Sammie

Yes I'm chaning my account. No its not for bad reasons it's because I just wanted a new start here on DA all over again. Their are other reasons but uh....I'm keeping them to myself. This account name in general brings up some things that I would like to just completely forget about. By they way if you'd like my username to my new account please note me . Or I'll just end up watching you over again. XD You'll know it's me due to my style of art.
